to stay safe.

radical self-loyalty.

Return to Yourself
Personal Retreat
($32)
What is this?
Steady Rebel is a practice
of returning to yourself,
when you were trained
by others
to self-abandon.Your greatest power
and resource in healing is:your
FOCUS and ATTENTION.
Keep it yours,
protect it.
Who is it for?
Sensitive and
high-performing people
who learned at a young age
to leave themselves
in order to stay safe.Feeling stuck,
lost or scattered?This practice
will teach you to come back
home to safety and clarity.

What's with the
abandoned buildings?
There was a time I was drawn to
abandoned places.I photographed them obsessively. At the time,
I didn’t fully understand why.They felt…alive in a quiet way.
Like something was still there.
Like they were holding stories,
energy, presence.Sometimes I imagined them as portals—
spaces where something unseen
could still move and play.Looking back now,
I understand.Those places weren’t empty.They were reflections.Of what happens
when something
is left unattended.That work…
was teaching
me something
I didn’t yet
have words for.This.Returning.
Tending.
Coming back
to what was
left behind.Nothing about you
is broken.It was just left
unattended.
💘
Steady Rebelwas created to support my healing from parental narcissistic abuse recovery and cPTSD. If you experienced this type of environment growing up, first of all I want to say... I'm sorry. You didn't deserve it (no one does). Secondly, healing is possible. Learning who we are (from scratch) and coming back to ourselves over and over, is where I've found the most healing. It's why I created this practice. I hope it helps.
We deserved better.A full and happy life is possible.
Stay loyal to YOU 💘
Why meditation?
Sitting still, learning to stay when sensations arise, is the best way for us to learn to be with ourselves unconditionally, and discover who we really are underneath the survival and conditioning.
Disclaimer: Keep in mind, this is not a medical practice or advice. This is a way of being with yourself
after a lifetime of leaving.
